Search Queries
A search term entered in a search box is delivered to the outside provider that operates that tool. The provider processes the name or location and supplies its response. Livingston County Criminal History does not keep a separate log of those submitted terms on its own systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
If you email us, the message and reply details may be retained long enough to address the communication and maintain routine business records. We do not disclose such messages outside the organization unless the law requires disclosure.

Visitor information is not assembled into a consumer report. The site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Outside companies supply search boxes found on some pages. Information submitted in those tools is handled under the provider's policy rather than this policy. Each partner controls its retention, sharing, security, and pricing practices. Review those terms before entering a query.
